Get Started with AI Features

This AI Implementation process will help you get set up with AI and we'll teach you how to use it.

It is divided into two parts:

1. Pre-onboarding survey: This survey will collect some basic information about you and your business. This information will be used to implement the AI features.

2. Onboarding calls: There are two calls involved in this process.

The first is a tech call to review your sub-account setup, make sure everything is running smoothly, and to gather any necessary remaining information.

At the end of the tech call, our team will then help you schedule the training call, which will set up the AI features, including Voice AI, Conversation AI, and Reviews AI.

Once the two calls are complete, you should have fully functional AI agents within your sub-account.
